FOSTER GREATNESS:
A lived experience-led platform
Foster Greatness is the only digital community platform built entirely by and for people impacted by foster care. Unlike traditional services that end at 18, we provide lifelong peer support, career opportunities, and resources—because we know the foster system's impact doesn't stop when you age out.

The Possibility Project

The Possibility Project uses the performing arts to bring together diverse groups of young people to empower them to transform the negative forces in their lives and communities into positive action.

Each group works together to write an original musical from the stories of their lives and ideas for change, which they premiere Off-Broadway for four nights. We are currently looking for up to 20 young people in foster care to participate in this year's program!

Auditions for The Possibility Project's Foster Care Program are happening now! This program is open to any youth ages 15-21 who is or has been in foster care. No previous performing experience is necessary whatsoever, and no one is ever accepted on the basis of talent.
