COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING PROGRAM
Since our inception, we have had 371 Felix youth move to positions of leadership.
Our CIT program is the first step!

Once our campers turn 14 or 15, we encourage them to become CIT's. In this program they are supervised by our staff and have a leadership role while at camp!
