The Youth Board is a fun and supportive community that gives young people access to volunteer opportunities, leadership guidance, special outings, and much more.

GOALS OF THE YOUTH BOARD

The Youth Board program seeks to engage, educate, and inspire Felix Youth to become more involved with our mission to support youth in foster care.

Increased ability to be self-reflective and to think critically about community issues
Build the skills and abilities to be decision-makers and problem solvers
Emphasize positive self-identity and confidence
Support positive peer relationships
Encourage effective communication
