Is transportation provided?
Yes, transportation is provided to and from camp!

DEPARTURE: Campers should arrive at Forestdale, 6735 112th Street, on Monday, Aug. 10th at 7:30am
​
RETURN: Campers will be dropped off at Forestdale on Friday, Aug. 14th between 3:30-4:00pm
Are any items provided by Camp Felix?
Yes! Camp Felix will provide the following items for the campers:

-Toiletries: Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Toothbrush & Toothpaste, deodorant, etc.
-Shower Towel
-Beach Towel
-Bedding
MEDICAL FORM
We are legally required to have a medical form for each youth on site at camp.
Forestdale staff will bring the medical form on file at Forestdale for each youth. Guardians do not need to set up a separate appointment to get a medical form filled out!
